When you send a receipt to your customer via SMS or email, they will receive a link to leave a feedback for your business.
Here is the steps to view your customer's feedback:
- Login to backoffice Moka.
- Visit menu CUSTOMERS.
- Select Feedback.
- Set the time range to see your customer's feedback within the selected time.
You can see your customer's name and their feedback about your business. Click on a feedback to view the receipt particulars and reply to the feedback.
- Type your response for the feedback and click Reply.
