Android Tablet or iPad Recommendation

Other than purchasing the compatible device, we highly recommend updating your Moka App whenever a new version is available. We only support the following app versions:

• iPadOS - Moka version 25.9.4 or above
• Android - Moka version 15.7.6 or above

Note: We do not make improvements nor fix issues specific to versions below the above recommendations.

Here is the device recommendation suitable for Moka app:

• Android
• Apple

To have better operational experience, we recommend using devices with the following specifications: 

• 2 GB of RAM and above 
• Device storage 16 GB and above
• Android Tablet/Smartphone OS Lollipop version 5 and above

Moka App is still usable on devices with RAM below 2 GB. However, the app performance may not be optimal.
