To increase the security of your business operations, you can restrict employee access by enabling PIN access authorization for selected features requiring employees to enter a permitted 4-digit pin to access the feature.
Note: At least one employee in the outlet must be assigned a PIN Access Permission for PIN access authorization to be activated.
Here is the steps to manage a PIN for employee access:

Login to Moka backoffice.

Visit menu EMPLOYEES.

Select PIN Access.
Select which app features you want employees to require PIN authorization:

Print Bill - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN each time they print a bill.

Manage All Open Bills - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN each time they make changes to saved bills, such as editing and deleting Open Bills bills.

Apply Discounts to Bills and Items - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN each time they will choose a discount for a Bills or Items bill.

Manage Discounts - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN each time they create and delete a discount.

Issue Refunds - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN every time they record a return of goods / Issue Refunds in the activity section.

Resend Receipts - Employees will be asked to enter their authorization PIN each time they record their return.

Record Invoice - Employees will be asked to enter their authorization PIN each time they make a Payment Record Payment in the activity section.

Cancel Invoices - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN each time they cancel an invoice that has been created.

View Shift History - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN each time they view Shift History.

Edit Customer Information - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN each time they change customer data.

View Activity - Employees will be asked to enter an authorization PIN each time they see Activity.
