You are now able to import your recipes using Import Recipes feature. This feature will help you to save time in inputting your recipes on backoffice.
Note: You need to complete both items reference and ingredients reference first to import recipes.
Here are the steps to import your recipes:
- Login to backoffice Moka.
- Select menu INGREDIENT.
- Select Recipes.
- Click Import/Export.
- Choose Import Recipes.
- Continue to import recipes by clicking Download Template.
Note: To download the tutorial and reference on how to fill the recipe excel sheet, press the click here link. The reference file consists of list of items and ingredients that are already available on the selected outlet. - Fill in the template according to the instruction provided:
- Please do not change any columns that have (do not edit) text.
- Fill in the Item_Name column only with items that are already registered in the backoffice. Filling this column with items that have not been registered will cause errors.
- Fill in the Variant_Name column only with variant names that are already registered in the backoffice. Filling this column with variant names that have not been registered will cause errors.
- Fill in the Ingredient_Name column only with ingredient names that are already registered in the backoffice. Filling this column with ingredient names that have not been registered will cause errors.
- Fill in the Ingredient_Unit column only with ingredient measurements that are already registered in the backoffice. Filling this column with ingredient measurements that have not been registered will cause errors.
- Insert the Ingredient_Quantity column with amount needed to create recipe (Max 6 digits and decimals to two decimals)
- Avoid inserting the ingredient amount less than or equals to 0 on the Ingredient_Quantity column.
- Do not exceed the maximum rows capacity of 2500 on Excel sheet when creating the recipe
- Please do not change any columns that have (do not edit) text.
- Save the .csv file to your computer. Click Next.
- Select New Recipes. Then, click Import to continue the importing process.
- Drag and drop the .csv file to the box.
- Click Import.
- Wait until the importing process is finished.
- Your recipes have been successfully created in your backoffice.
