Multiplechat Integration

Multiplechat integration is available on the App Marketplace. It can be accessed through the backoffice on APPS menu on the sidebar. 

To execute the integration, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login to backoffice Moka through

2. Once you are logged in, go to APPS menu.

3. Select Multiplechat.

4. Click Find Out More.


5. Click Get Started and you will be directed to the permission page. Confirm all of the permission requirements and click Allow.image11.png

6. After allowing permission, you should be redirected to a page that shows the connection between Moka and Multiplechat.


7. After the connection is successful, a new page for registration should be visible where the credential is automatically populated. Fill in the password and click Daftar.



8. Once the registration is completed, the welcome page should be visible with the introduction steps listed. Click Mulai.


9. Follow the steps shown and scan the QR code display with the Whatsapp Number to be registered.


10. After the QR code is scanned successfully, you should receive a verification that state Scan Berhasil. Click Next.


11. Verify the Whatsapp Number by clicking Minta Kode Unik. This will send a unique code to the Whatsapp Number. Input the correct unique code into the requested field and the account should be successfully created.


12. Open the Application page and click Open under Moka POS application.


13. Under the Setting of Moka Integration, choose the Starting Period and Sync Frequency.


14. Once the sync is completed, the customer’s information should be visible under the Data Sync tab.


15. Congratulations! The integration between Moka and Multiplechat is now completed.
