Before making a transaction, you must first setup the printer to print Order Ticket or Receipt.
Here are the steps to setup printer:
- Open Moka App on your device.
- Select Menu.
- Choose Settings.
- Click Printer.
- Refresh the page until your printer appears on your device.
Note: Ensure your device is already connected with the Printer LAN or Printer Bluetooth.
- After the printer is connected to your device, you can setup your printer, such as name the printer and activate the printer setting to print receipt, order ticket, queue number, and shift summary report.
