Accept Transaction with DANA

Now your customers can use mobile payment DANA to pay the transaction at your outlets. The cashier can choose the payment method through the Moka Apps. Before you can accept transaction with DANA, you can Activate DANA Payment Method on your backoffice.

This Payment Method DANA requires Moka App:

  • Moka App v.10.6 (Android tablet only) or higher 
  • Moka App v.20.0 (iPad) or higher

  1. Click DANA logo during check out process.

  2. QR Code will appear on your screen. Ask customer to scan QR code using their DANA app.

  3. Wait until customer confirm the transaction.

  4. After transaction success, choose to print or email the receipt.

  5. If the transaction failed, click Try Again to retry charging with DANA or click Cancel to choose a different payment method.
