How to Process Refund

You can refund or cancel transaction on Moka POS application when there are operational mistakes or customers who cancelled their order. Here are the steps:

  1. Select this logo Image-1.png on the bottom left corner of Moka POS application screen, select Activity.

  2. Select which transaction you want to cancel.  

  3. Click Select Refund.

  4. Select which item you want to return.  

  5. Insert the reason for Refund.

  6. Click Refund.

Notes: Refund is only applicable to Moka POS application that is connected to the Internet.
