You can refund or cancel transaction on Moka POS application when there are operational mistakes or customers who cancelled their order. Here are the steps:
- Select this logo on the bottom left corner of Moka POS application screen, select Activity.
- Select which transaction you want to cancel.
- Click Select Refund.
- Select which item you want to return.
- Insert the reason for Refund.
- Click Refund.
Notes: Refund is only applicable to Moka POS application that is connected to the Internet.
