How to Manage Customer Information on Shopping Cart

You can manage your customer information on the shopping cart display, such as viewing customers, adding customers, changing customers, and editing customer information.

Here are the steps to manage your customer information on Moka App:  

 

View Customers

For existing customer, you can search and view their profile and attach them to the shopping cart.

Here are the steps to view customers on the shopping cart: 

  1. Open Point of Sale Menu.

  2. Tap +Add Customer on the shopping cart page.

  3. Search the customer on the search bar and it will automatically search based on number or character inputted.

  4. Select the customer based on the search list results

  5. View customer profile based on the selected one.

  6. Tap Add to Sale button and it will directly add customer in the shopping cart.

Add Customer

Add New Customer Information to understand your customer purchase behaviour.

Here are the steps to add customers to the shopping cart: 

  1. Open Point of Sale Menu.

  2. Tap +Add Customer on the shopping cart page.

  3. Tap Create a New Customer to add new customer

  4. Fill out customer profile such as:
    • Name: Fill out with customer name. (e.g Wisnu)
    • Phone: Fill out with customer phone number (e.g 080001234)
    • Email: Fill out with customer email (e.g abc@mail.com) 
    • Birthday: Fill out with customer birthday date. (e.g Apr 19 1987)

    Note: Phone number is mandatory.

  5. Fill out the more information regarding customer details by click Show on the right side besides “More Details” field
    • Gender: Choose between Male or Female
    • Address: Fill out customer street address
    • City: Fill out customer city
    • Province: Fill out customer province
    • Postcode: Fill out customer postcode

  6. Tap Save button and it will directly add customer info in the shopping cart.

Change Customers

You can change or remove your customer information on the shopping cart.

Here are the steps to change customers on the shopping cart: 

  1. In order to change or remove your customer, click on Customer Info attached in the shopping cart.

  2. Once it has been clicked, the customer profile page will show up.

  3. Tap Remove from Sale button to remove the customer from the shopping cart once.

  4. Tap Remove from Sale button once more to confirm to remove the customer from the shopping cart.

  5. After you tap on Remove from Sale, it will redirect to Search Customer page.

  6. Search the customer you want to add to the shopping cart or you can click “Cancel” to continue transaction without attach the customer to shopping cart.

  7. After you select the new customer, tap on Add to Sale button to attach the customer info to the shopping cart.

  8. The new customer information will be attached to the shopping cart.

Edit Customer Information

Edit your existing customer Information to change your customer information or add more information on your customer.

Here are the steps to edit your customer information on the shopping cart:

  1. Open Point of Sale Menu.

  2. Tap +Add Customer on the shopping cart page.

  3. Search the customer on the search bar.

  4. Select the customer based on the search list results.

  5. View customer profile based on the selected one.

  6. Click Edit on the customer profile page.

  7. Fill out more details to customer information.

  8. Click Save on the top right page.

  9. View updated info on the customer profile page.
