You are able to include queue number on order ticket and receipt. Queue number works in sequence from 1 and will increase by 1 for every transaction. It will reset to 1 again by tomorrow.
Note: Using more than 1 device in 1 outlet will cause duplicate queue number because this feature cannot sync with more than 1 device.
Here is the steps to activate queue number:
- Open Moka app.
- Visit menu SETTINGS.
- Select Printers.
- Select on the available or connected printer.
- Turn on the toggle for Queue Number.
