To ease the transaction within your restaurant, Table Management feature gives visualization of your restaurant table layout.
To use this feature, you need to set the table layout in your restaurant through the Table Group menu in your Backoffice. A Table Group means an area in your restaurant that contains certain amount of Table. A Table Group is not limited to a floor only. For example, you can also designate a floor into two table groups, lets say “Floor 1 Smoking Area” and “Floor 1 Non-smoking area”.
To create a new table group, please follow the instructions below:
- Go to Table Management > Table Group.
- Click Create Table Group.
- Input the details:
- Input the name on Table Group Name.
- Table Group Status - Active means the table group will be shown on device, Inactive means otherwise.
- Click Save.
