Delete Bill on Table Map

Using the Table Management feature, you can remove a saved bill if the customer wants to cancel an order for a reason, for example when the item runs out or when the customer waits too long. You can delete the bill on the table by:

  1. From you Moka POS app, tap on the menu icon on the bottom left corner, then select Table Map.

  2. Tap the table the customer wish to cancel.

  3. Tap on Delete Bill on the pop up menu.

  4. Choose the reason or input other reasons in Other column.

  5. After all set, click the Delete button.
