Create Order via Table Map

By using the Table Management feature, you can save bill directly in accordance with the selected table without having to write your customer's name. There are two ways to record orders.

Start by selecting the table

  1. On your Moka POS app, tap on the menu icon on the bottom left corner, then select Table Map.

  2. Tap on a desired empty table.

  3. Input the pax (number of customers) and server you want to assign.

  4. Tap on Confirm button to continue.

  5. You will be redirected to the Point of Sale menu. The Table details (number and pax) is shown on top of the order details.

  6. Add item to the shopping cart.

  7. Tap on Charge to finish the order, or tap on Save Bill to save it.

 

Start by taking the order

  1. Tap on the menu icon on the bottom left corner, then select Point of Sale.

  2. Add item to the shopping cart.

  3. Tap on the Get Table button on the top right corner.

  4. Pick an empty table. Occupied table will be shown as “Taken”.

  5. Input the pax (number of customers) and server you want to assign.

  6. You will be redirected to the Point of Sale menu. The Table details (Number and Pax) is shown on top of the order details.

  7. Tap on Charge to finish the order, or add the more items and tap Save Bill to save it.
