Staffs that you invite will be able to sign in on Moka App and make sales transactions.
1. Go to Employees > Staff.
2. Fill in your staff's information (First Name, Last Name, Email, and Title).
3. Click on Assign Outlet
4. Check the outlet(s) you want to assign to your staff.
5. On the "Please Select Permissions" dropdown menu, select "App Only" if you want your staff to only have access to the Moka App, or "App and Backoffice" if you want your staff to have access to both the Moka App and the Moka Backoffice. Note that staffs that have access to the Backoffice will not be able to create new outlets.
6. Click Send Invitation.
