Feedback gives you an idea of your customer satisfaction. Respond directly to customer feedback to show you care.
1. From Moka Backoffice, go to Customers > Feedback.
2. Click on the "Calendar" filter on the top left corner to select the date range you want to view.
3. Click on the feedback you want to view or respond to.
4. Type your response on the "Reply Feedback" field at the bottom left corner.
5. Click Reply. Your customer will get an email notification with your feedback reply and will be able to submit another response to your feedback.
