Add Loyalty Points for Member

Based on your Loyalty program point rules, you can add points to the member profile during checkout/purchase process.

Note:

  • Make sure your Loyalty Program status in the backoffice is Active
  • Member cannot gain points and redeem for reward in the same purchase transaction, member need to choose either add the points to his/her membership or redeem a reward

With attaching existing member before charge

  1. Open Point of Sale menu
  2. Tap on the +Add Customer
  3. Search and choose member that doing the purchase
  4. Add item to shopping cart
  5. Tap Charge button

  6. Tap Add xx points to Current Balance button

  7. Choose payment method and tap Charge button
  8. Tap Print Receipt button to print the receipt, member can see their membership and point information in the receipt (you can use SMS Receipt or Email Receipt also)

 

Without attaching existing member before charge

  1. Open Point of Sale menu
  2. Add item to shopping cart
  3. Tap Charge button

  4. You will see the Loyalty page with empty phone number field. Fill the member phone number.
  5. Tap on the Check button

  6. Tap Add xx points to Current Balance button

  7. Choose payment method and tap Charge button
  8. Tap Print Receipt button to print the receipt, member can see their membership and point information in the receipt (you can use SMS Receipt or Email Receipt also)
