When your program is Inactive, you can reactivate the program at any time. Reactivating program will be executed immediately, the next sales transaction will be treated as loyalty program transaction. If you want to reactivate your program, we advise you to do it not at your outlet’s operation hour, and make sure all of your staff are aware with this reactivation, so they can communicate the changes properly to all of your member.
- Reactivate Loyalty Program only available when the program status is Inactive
- Loyalty Program requires Moka App v.7.0 (android tablet only) or v.12.8 (iOS) or higher
- Go to Customers > Loyalty Program.
- Click Manage > Reactivate.
- Choose to reset the member’s points or not and click Reactivate. Reset member points will keep your customer membership, but their points will be updated to 0 (zero).
