When your program is Inactive, you can Reactivate the program at any time. Reactivating program will be executed immediately, the next sales transaction will be treated as loyalty program transaction. If you want to Reactivate your program, we advise you to do it not at your outlet’s operation hour, and make sure all of your staff are aware with this reactivation, so they can communicate the changes properly to all of your member.
- Go to Customers > Loyalty Program.
- Click OFF toggle button to activate the loyalty program until the program status is ON.
- Choose to reset the member’s points or not and click Reactivate Program. Reset member points will keep your customer membership, but their points will be updated to 0 (zero).
