How to Manage Loyalty Program

You can manage your Loyalty Program, such as editing, activating, non-activating, or reset the program any time you want. The changes will be active to all of your outlets instantly. 

Note: If you want to manage your program, we advise you to do it outside your operational hours, and ensure all of your staffs are aware of the changes to inform your members about the changes.


Edit Loyalty Program

Here are the steps to edit your Loyalty Program: 

  1. Go to Customers > Loyalty Program.
  2. Click Edit Program at the top right corner page



  3. Edit your program rules and configuration, you can:
    • Change the point gain rule
    • Change the reward schemes
    • Add or remove rewards
    • Change the program configuration

    Click Save to continue.



  4. Review the program rules and configuration that you made, click Confirm Program to create the program or click Back to revise the program



  5. Click OK on the confirmation popup.

Reactivate Loyalty Program

Here are the steps to reactivate your Loyalty Program: 

  1. Go to Customers > Loyalty Program.

  2. Click OFF toggle button to activate the loyalty program until the program status is ON.



  3. Choose to reset the member’s points or not and click Reactivate Program. Reset member points will keep your customer membership, but their points will be updated to 0 (zero).

Deactivate Loyalty Program

Notes:

  • Deactivate Loyalty Program only available when the program status is Active
  • Loyalty Program requires Moka App v.7.0 (android tablet only) or v.12.8 (iOS) or higher

Here are the steps to deactivate your Loyalty Program: 

  1. Go to Customers > Loyalty Program.

  2. Click ON toggle button to deactivate the loyalty program until the program status is OFF.

  3. Click Deactivate Program on the confirmation popup.

Reset Loyalty Program

Here are the steps to reset your Loyalty Program: 

  1. Go to Customers > Loyalty Program.

  2. Click Reset Program at the top right corner page.

  3. Click Reset Program on the pop up confirmation to reset the program.

  4. Refer to “Backoffice - Create Loyalty Program” from point 3 to 6 to create new program.

  5. Click Reset Program on the pop up confirmation to reset and overwrite the program.
